The National Film and Video Foundation is looking to hire an Executive Assistant for the organisation.
The details:
Reporting to: 3 Heads of Department
Job Purpose: To provide professional secretarial service and excellent customer service to the Head of Marketing and Public Affairs, Production and Development and New Ventures.
Key Responsibilities:• Diary Management
• Office Management
• Managing the offices of the 3 Head of Departments
• Processing of Correspondence
• Administration Support
• Travel Arrangements
• Perform any other relevant duties required
Qualifications:• A relevant secretarial qualification
Requirements:• 3-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant
• Business acumen
• General office management
• Ability to prioritize
• Knowledge and understanding of office administration
• Customer service orientation
• Innovation and initiative
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Excellent Computer Skills
• Attention to detail
• Planning skills and the ability to work well under pressure
