i wish there was something i could do about the so cold "menstruation" . i dont get used to the fact that i hav to put something in my cake for a week each month.

I only use pads and during summer its very hot and it drives me mad. i once tried lillets and after two hours i went to the loo and removed it cos i wanted to pee, by then i didnt know that it was not the same place wher the urine comes from until i said to my mom "i will no longer use lilets cause each time i need to pee i have to remove it" and my mom could not stop laughing, but at the end she explained everything to me.

im in a distance relationship and sometimes it takes two to three months to see my man. few days before my period i feel so honny and that feeling is so strong. i miss my man so bad. this other day while i was going home to see him i was so honny and when i arrived my period started and i was so disappointed. this was not the first time it happened.when im with my man yhoo! the blood flows like pee even when he touches me

usually when it happens experience pains, i eat a lot, i get annoyed easily and not forgetting the bad mood.

Yes, but I eat lots of sweets and chocolate to increase my happy hormones. i am very aware of it and try very hard not to be nasty for no reason, but that all said dont get on my wrong side.

Dont know, but I dont think so . My flow is too heavy

Nurofen, dont swallow the pills unless you have eaten. you will regret it (sweat, throwing up, and uzwe ngathi kukhona into ekushukayo, I thought I was going to die)

TL, maybe you take painkillers without eating. I also used to throw up a lot, but was adviced to eat something (even if it is just a fruit) so the pills wont "unsettle" my stomach.

im one of the licky people who do not get serious pains but my friends uses Neurofen and the other one buys hers from the pharmacy i dont know the name

but i heard that you can also put a warm cloth on your stomach or lie on your stomach.

if you're on the pill you have a way of controlling when you get your period ie when you get to the red pills, skip them completely and get to the next set of tablets and you will "miss" your period for that month. someone also told me, not sure how true this is, that putting panado tablets in coke will stop your period. like i said i don't know how true this is...

Mna, i get some pimples a few days before, i get the period pains to a point where i cry if i dont have pain killers. I normally take Nurofen but if there's none i take anything i can find, even GrandPa/Compral to ease the pain which is horrible on the first day.
I get very emmotional sometimes just before, i can just sit and cry like a baby in ma flat and stop and ask maself why am i crying but i dont know, until 2 days later i get ma period and i'm like ohhh bummer thats why i was a cry baby.....its silly i know but sometimes i enjoy it, makes me wallow in self pity...LOL

I dont remember if i crave anything but i get bloated. Oh, and i can't eat dairy products cos i get worse even i was on the last day, if i eat even a salad with cream, i get some pain in the abdomen and a heavy flow lasting about an hour and then its gone.

OMG- I get horny a day before the period and during the period. I swear guys. My man hates it whn I'm on my oeriod because he says I touch him and kiss him alot and he says I dont do it on purpose. This is how Anal sex came into play. I was so horny I ended up making him hot as well and we did it.

You don't need to remove it girl, you see the place where urine comes from is not the one where you put a tampon in!! I use tampons and they are so comfy.

Hey guys = i know the pill one works - and so does taking 2 depo injections at the same time. With the injections you can miss up to 6 months of your period. I dont recommend you try it though - coz when u do come on you will bleed like a cow!!!

well al this time after missing my p's and having all the morning sickness and stuff related to early pregnancy - I miscarried yesterday....I didn even know it at the time - sorry to go off topic - i just don have the energy to create an article -

for days i felt this pain but ignored it until yesteday - i just felt a sudden contraction and blood just rushed out. I have a dull headache and feel feverish.

I couldn even get out of bed nicely......when I look the blood still has some tissues and is heavily clotted....its traumatic...when i asked my hubby if it bothered him - he just said it was one of those things....I want to cry but just think it pointless.....maybe it wasn meant to be...

So sorry to her that Jael.

When my man and i went to the doctor for contraceptives he advised me against using injections because if something is wrong you wont know until the injection is completely out of your system, He also told me that with the injection you have to get cleaned before every injection.
By cleaned I mean have the doctor put his hand in your Vjay jay and clean it.

Jael- when you're ready to try again go to your Gynae and ask her/him to clean your womb. All these pills and injections we take stay in the body for long thats why we must clean

My doctor also said that we are ready to have a baby we have to stop the pill 6months before trying for a baby. That way the pill will be out of the my system

Guys I don't dislike it. It's a trial and error solution that we implemented last month. I cannot take it up the ass, and my vjj is clearly on it's own mission. Tracy what's frustrating is that obviously everyone want to have proper satisfying sex...but having your period i the core of the frustration because like me, you don't want penetration because of the mess. Yet you still want to hump and be physically close. Hence the frustration part. Hope I am making sense. It's like wanting what you can't have.

I loose apetite a week before and a week after and survive on Fruits, Chocolates and loads of acidic drinks. i dont get any pains, only sensitive breast and mood swing.

babetem: My doctor told me that pills regulate your flow which is true coz my period comes on a tuesday just after 3pm. after 30 days. So I can plan when I want to go on holiday oz I know when I'm gonna go on my period.

But if you dont wanna use the pill then you have to learn your body. Like me- I can feel when the blood comes out because I have taken the time to listen to my body- thanks to my doctor

yes we have done that plenty maningi times, but not on the first two days of my period because i'm still bloated and have cramps at that time

what do u use to ease the pains
take a hot bath
put hot watter bottle on tummy
lie on my tummy

day or or two after my flow has stopped i become mad/insanely horny that i even cry sometimes,especially if he's not around
