We all have them in our lives, the hot girls without a hair out of place and make up everyday. Every outfit looks like it was meticulously chosen,nails perfectly polished and skyscraper shoes.They are the centre of attention as soon as they walk into a room,mischievious and mysterious and we all like to gossip about them and poke fun coz secretly we wanna be them.

Unfortunately, I know what it's like to be that girl. I like to look good and because I work in a call centre,it feels like I'm ostracized for giving a sh*t about how I look. I've been given advice on what I should wear with what, some colleagues have gone to the lengths of bringing GHDs and hairdryers to work because they wanna play with my "fake" hair (no-one passes a chance to remind me of that) and I'm given names like "black barbie" , "Twiggy" etc..

I have literally had people hide their boyfriends and be all defensive when I come around and try to start fights with me, I have lost many a good man to hos who wanna prove a point to me and it's all getting a bit much for me. Don't judge a book by it's cover and if you like yourself el naturelle good for you, you don't have to prove anything to any1.Write a song like India Arie...

If you are this kind of person, pls read this and know that maybe inside the girl you don't like is a valueable friend

This was started by the glamourous people criticising the drab, thinking that they are the best and isolating themselves from the drab, saying that they are stuck up cows, rural and ridiculously conservative! Then the drab did not waste time by locking themselves in a room and crying till they can cry no more, but they fought back and started criticising the glam people, now the glam cannot take the criticism and they throw tantrums and say they are criticised bcoz of jealousy.

This may seem harsh but its the truth. No matter what u do people will talk and most of the time they will say bad things....so just accept it and continue with your life...(this applies to both the fab and drab people)!

Personally, I didn't start nada but if I were to retaliate, I would seem like "the b*tch that I'm already assumed to be". I don't go around telling people to lose weight and bring a skipping rope.It seems that when it comes to certain people,it's easy to cross all boundaries
