New Y-Fm Line Up

This morning as I was flipping through the radio stations, I came across (for lack of a better word) Bridgette’s voice. Actually I thought she was doing a promo for her show with all her blah blah bblah…but haaibo 5 min later she was still talking. In my mind I thought, “Hau, kanti this chick aka qedi”. Today I decided to investigate the new Y-Fm line up, and this is what I came across:

Monday to Friday

Mina nje I cant listen to Y…granted I’m not part their target market (which is 16-24) but there were some dj’s I could listen to e.g. Paul and Sanza… What do you think of the line up?

i use to stream to Y over the net as we dont get it here in ctn but i havent had the chance to listen to the new guys cause their streaming service doesn't allow people who r using non Windows machines like me...

the people i'd still listen to when i get home would be:

Mpho Maboi
Tholi B
Mo Flava
Lee Motso

I'VE SWITCHED TO 5FM.

My mornings and afternoons are the best with Gareth and Fresh....why did it take me so long to discover that i dont know...

I Saw the line up on Bizcommunity and also thought was an April Fool's Joke....would a joke on drag on for an entire week though? I'm confused.

Just saw it...sounds like he's trying to get people worked up and talking.... I smell a "Publicity stunt".......hope it gets the figures going up.

Sbu confessed on one of SABC1 programmes that he's not going back to radio, keep watching the space, he will pull out another mzekezeke.

Not mentioning the chaos he left at Ukhozi FM, just a mixed masala.

The Twins???? WTF do they get these girls from??? Bra B is right, Gareth -right next to Highveld's RAW team-is much better than Y these days!

Although i must admit i enjoyed Bridget's show with Loyiso and the other comedian!!

Maboi is holding it down though, and I wish they would give Lee a daytime slot.

Yesssus those 'Twins' irritated the shyt out of me this wknd! My Gosh they talk too much, just play the music dammit!! Whats more irritating is their voices its like u listening to 1 person who's 'multi-talking' or something. Seriously!

After Breakfast with Thomas my radio automatically switches itself to Highveld and back to Metro at 3pm.

uBridgette yena is she blonde or is it just me? Or maybe she just likes the sound of her own voice ne? She just has to talk for like 15 min in between songs even if its gibbirish understood by her and her Wits fans?

Y plays great music, i with i had software that automatically switches stations once a DJ start talking for more than 5 minutes.

Told ya'll to stop torturing yourselves with other station and listen to metro you see according to spice the are two types of radio stations here in Mzantsi namely Metro fm and Others

wa bona Bridgette yena theres no beef between us i dont mind her but dang thats just too too much bathong ,i cant help but agree with Dabs it just raises eyebrows
