The First 48 Season 3

Police believe the first 48 hours after a crime are the most crucial. Judge how true that is by accompanying detectives to fresh crime scenes in this new third season of The First 48.

The season begins in Little Havana, at the scene of a brutal stabbing, with Detective Carlos Castellanos following a trail of bloody footprints the killer has left behind.

It will take bloodhounds and a frantic pace to track down the killer, but while evidence is still fresh and alibis are unrehearsed, he’s racing against the clock.

The Man Who Lived With Monsters

For the first time, a look at the life of the FBI agent  who claims he was the inspiration for the Jack Crawford FBI character in Silence Of The Lambs.*
 
*Some online souces claim that this isn't true and that the real inspiration was an FBI agent John Douglas.

Mississippi Burning

In 1964 three civil rights activists, Andrew Goodman, Michael Schwerner and James Chaney were murdered in Mississippi. At the time of their murders, the State made little effort to bring their killer to justice.

However, in 2005 the alleged organiser of these heinous murders was finally arrested. At 80 years old, Edgar Ray Killen finally faced trial for the murders that made Mississippi the by-word for racial injustice.

This shocking documentary investigates this landmark trial and grants exclusive access to both the prosecution and the defence.

Dying To Be Beautiful
