I don't work for the fashion police nor do i even know how to coordinate a wardrobe of colours other than grey/black BUT i do know that this is not something i'd wear:

Drawstring boots..courtesy of Woolworths!! 


This is so strange for me...like who came up with this concept? Who wears the shoes? Who likes them? Reminds me of the drawstring bag you get when u buy ear-rings from the same store AND its in the same colour!

Isn't this really about being at the right place in the right time? Still trying to figure out this right place bit. What's the craze about? Gosh, the font isn't much to write about, the design is so plain, a child could have TEXT BOX'd this-gosh i think this is a rip-off. People are paying the price to be seen as COOL and nna i don't see the cool at all. i just see someone that was FOOL enough to part with their money.

Yho, guys i swear some things JUST DON'T get better with time! And what's Kuli doing on that station?  Stumbled upon Kuli Roberts the other day and i guess it really is a case of anything to get paid!

Glad Masello left cause she used to look so ashen and used up each time she was (has she left already)??? No comment on that red outfit she rocked all the time

STA SOFT is a fabric softner isn't it? So what's with people using it as an air freshner-in their cars, their bedrooms, their toilets-is this some fad i'm not getting????????

Woolies has new shoes every week, you cant keep up...but i dont like this new round shape shoes, so wouldnt wear the boots.

Hai, mina for me, boots must ge knee high, no drawstrings or ankle boots for me, unless i'm wearing them with pants, in which case, they might as well be knee high. 

Unathi's outfit is nice in that pic, but sexy...ehhh, hai, if she's sexy, nami i'm sexy...lol. Shame mara, i just dont like her, so let me not hate, u Bad Boy thinks she's sexy, and that's all that matters angithi?

Someone was advising me to put i STA SOFT under the front passenger seat, apparently it works wonders. I'm sticking to the car freshener for now.

Toxy my brother has about 10 of those makip kip t-shirts.  What ever money we give him he goes to rosebank to the makip kip shirt.  I once went with him because he wanted me to buy him a sweater for R800.00 so bengifuna ukubona ngo C what kind of  sweater costs R800.00.  For sure the sweater was R800.00 but it was the ugliest piece of clothing I have ever laid my eyes on (if you guys remember the sweater that chris brown was wearing on the insert they had on live when he was here in SA.  Ya that kind of sweater) and apparently the sweater was the in thing at that time

Drawstring boots - I think they r a fashion-faux-pas, but may come in handy winter time!
Ama Kip Kip - It's all this label craze going on. Its not only ama kip kip label's t-shirts that are plain, but you'll also find GUCCI, D&G or even De Puta Madre plain expensive t-shirts. It's all about the brand-name, i guess.
Unathi - Sexy?? She might be to the Thomases out there. I agree she dresses well...thank god for the likes of Sun Godess.

STA-SOFT - I confess i'm one of those people that keeps one in my car. It's a great car air freshner and it lasts coz u don't open it, but the scent somehow trickles out of tht plastic. 

And in other news??? Its PHOLA time..LOL!!!

True...those jackets with lots of kiddy imprintz/cartoon characters etc. There's also ice cream sneakers and the most popular ones right now are the colourful ones ..with almost all the rainbow colours. Boys are so into those.

Heh the last pic reminds me of the other old man i was passing thru the other day. He was wearing the same ZCC ribbon and he called me and i was like WTF, so he said "judging by ur walks i knew u wont cum coz wena utya ama corn flakes that is why u dnt pay attention to other ppl". And am I the only one who thinks there was a bit of logistics missing when Fo Sho planned to "eliminate" the "brand ambassadors"?

I know that time in between shows is the perfect time to go pee or make a cuppa coffee. It works on 2 & on 3, but on Fo Sho its just so "leeg".. I stare at the screen for a full 20 seconds listening to a voice over...

I dunno, maybe its just me... but i don think its working. the voice over is like that guy is actually sitting there... its just that the camera is off...

Am i the only one with this problem?

I also have the same problem Carino, I think they should just eliminate the ambassadors completely and get KB of Channel O to do all their announcements. Coz vele jhe already does 90% of SABC1 voice overs, so he might as well take over coz he does quite an "okay" job!!!!

STA_SOFT:fabric softer yes.....airfreshner, that is not the purpose but it does have a smell that lasts aaaages, I have it on my car and since then I've never been ripped off by airfreshners that cost an arm and a leg.

Soweto Channel: You need to be in Soweto to get sound i used to have that problem the trick is to switch to the tv guide menu whilst ur on the soweto channel.when u come out from it ,the sound comes through.easy as pie
