The power of the WORD

The power of a word

A word is simple thing that changes our lives every day. It can change our lives either positively or negatively depending on the manner it is spoken. We are made of words that were spoken to us; they have either built or destroyed our capabilities.

When a word is spoken to an individual; it goes from that mouth to an ear hearing it then to the mind, our minds then create the picture of what have been said and that produces character of the particular individual. Negative spoken words results into a low self-confidence and whatever that can be produced from that will be lower that it should be, likewise positive words results to self-confidence and whatever that can be produced from that will be exactly how it should be.
There are words that were spoken to us way back but even today are part of our lives and how or what we have become. Well I don’t want us to say all the negative words that were said to us because those can real destroy us. But as from today if we can, as they did way back turn that negative picture they created in our mind into positive picture and see what we will turn out to be. If they managed to create those negative thought in our minds about us, we can also create the positive thought, remember if they can do it so can we.

If you look at the mirror, you will see that wonderful person looking back at you, tell you what; that person is a winner, a success, a conqueror, champion, frontrunner, that person is beautiful inside and outside, intelligent, bright, smart, intellectual, unsurpassed, best, top, great, whatever that person put mind into that person achieves, nothing stops that person from achieving goals. That person lives in a world of POSSIBILITIES.

Now rock-up that beautiful smile and conquer the world, this is your playground, so play in it as much as you want, you are already a winner so there is nothing that can stop you. Show the world what you are made of. Don’t limit yourself you are already up the ladder, this world cannot be better without a hero of your brand, it needs you more than you need it. Be the best that you are in whatever that you are doing. My motto says “if I can dream it, I can live it” and so are you. I’m saying to you today “As far as your eyes can see, God is giving you that land” so my tip to you is to look as far as you can, don’t limit your sight, look beyond what everybody else see because in your world there are no limits and in your vocabulary there is no impossibility. And remember we are product of our thoughts and we can only go as far as our imagination gets. You are the best that has ever happened in this world, it wouldn’t be complete without you. That company, that school, that community and this world can’t survive without you, you are all they need and have been praying for, and you are their solution!

Kick-start that dream, that idea, and that business because we need it implemented and there is absolutely no one who can do it except you, the world is counting on you for it!!! Did you know why you cried when you were born and they smiled, it is only because you saw how much this world needed you and felt bad that it took you so long to come and they were happy because they saw that their rescuer has arrived, they have been counting on you, and you are their only Hope!.

You write good stuff believe me, and truly a WORD is much more powerful in most cases. Oh and Best-Achiever i find rading your articles difficult at times...light blue and long ..! Hope you may tangle the articles a bit in future. Like I said your articles ROCK.

Nice one BA, It's well written and wort the lenghty read coz it made think of the words that have been said to me and how they have impacted on my life and most importantly, the words I say to others in a joking manner, yet they take personally and end up being hurt, damn I need to be more careful with WORDS!!!

Thank you very much B-A, you've made my day. I've been toiling about what and how to handle one of the things I'm doing, and someone said things so painful to me this past weekend and I just wanted to give up. but now you've affirmed what I already knew. THANK YOU ONCE MORE

Thank you Malondie .... i had to go throgh the article again because it has been a year since it was published and im glad if it helped you in anyway and will try to share some more if i do get time to do so. We all go through difficulties at one point or the other in our lives and it helps to be surrounded by poeple who will speak positive words into us, so all i can say to you is choose your surrounding careful, dont spend too much time in the company of people who drain you in any form and know that in everything God is with you, He will never leave nor forsake you. Thank you and believe me "This too shall pass" keep strong and keep going.

GML thanks.
