More people watch Days than Survivor? Unbelievable!

My Notes:

1. Kudos to SABC 3 viewers for loosing thier minds and that Days of our Lives is it's top rated show! Oh my, Its pulling in bigger numbers than Heroes and Survivor!! What's this world coming too?

2. eTV is doing quite nicely with all its shows and its great numbers.

3. Fridays seem to really be a hit for SABC 1 comedies!

4. Are people getting bored of Brooke? Why has Bold dropped to No. 6 in SABC 1's list?

5. I dont get how there is almost One Million extra viewers who change to SABC 3 for Days of our Lives after Oprah and those same (900,000+) people switch thier TVs off before 3Talk! Is Days that popular?

6. M-Net better drop that Grey's ad which claims it's M-Net's Top Rated show, while it does well enough, its beaten by CSI: Miami this week!

7. Some shows not on the list I'm a bit concerned about Heroes/Jericho, Ugly Betty and Survivor SA...

8. In Terms of Survivor about 50% of its Sunday Audience isn't interested in the results show on Monday... thats wierd... Well I guess I fall in that 50% category too!

Great to see these figures again!!

Yeah - e.tv is actually the second-biggest channel, after SABC1. This is the order of the most popular channels:

1. SABC1
2. e.tv
3. SABC2
4. SABC3
5. M-Net

Since SABC 1 has such huge vieweship figures, its amazing that Bold is featured at all in the top 10 shows.

Whoops it dropped to No. 9 not No. 6... I always thought it was always one of SABC 1's Top 5 shows... Oh well!!

sabc 1 should not celebrate this as it does not really mean that people like their shows, shows like "generashi*" are popular just because during that time of the evening there is nothing else to watch.it really sucks and the standard on "generashi*" has really dipped/non existant. i think people that post their comments and are regulars on this blog can write better content to shame the writers on "generashi*"

amazing that "the bold and the shi*" is still on the telly(why do we pay our tv licenses).

i thnk most shows on tv must come up for reviewal and we the license paying population should have a say on what should be on the telly and what should not, this should apply to current and upcoming shows. this is why we need pilots, dammit.

oh where art thou cable tv,please rescue us
