OK blogger i promised that i will go to the Beezory and L'vovo's cd launches that were the talk of the town this past week end in Durbs. My main objective was to go and meet this Beezory "Gingqi Gonqo" guy to see what is he ALL about. OK firstly into engicikile ngifika nje was that when we arrived at around half past 11 at Skyybar (i know that these guys ARE ALWAYS LATE) there was like no celebrity around and a little crowd on the dance floor. I was like, kanti zishaphi la? I thought that i-Mayonie was HUGE but what was in front of me was giving me doubts. So i decided to chill on the VIP area for a couple of drinks and listen to the dj's doing their thing.

When i arrived the VYNL QUEENS were rocking the club, THOSE GIRLS ARE HOTTT! Nginithandani!!!! Then it was Black Coffee, bro there is this song you normally play ethi "Ngifuna indoda, eyisikhondlakhondla" eyi ingishaya Ding Dong. Then u-Ayanda was on and the crowd went besek when he mixed his late brother's song "Worst Day" by no other than uBudda (rest in peace bro).
While i was still enjoying my cosmo, came breezing in uZakes and his CREW (ANGAZI NOMA NGITHI IMIDLWANE YAKHE YINI?) ngoba he always seem to have a lot of guys hanging around him. I guess he's the SA JAY-Z (HAHA).
Anyway the show started at around there and YES people uBeezory is triying very hard to be the L'vovo's Clone and whats making me sooooooo mad is that it looks like he is succedding. Everyone, I mean EVERYONE (except me) was screaming for uBeezory when he sang uGingqi Gongqo wakhe and when uL'vovo efika eshaya uSiyazibhengela people just showed a lack of interest.
The fact that L'vovo is coming with nothing new made the fans disappointed, i also was. He still has the same dance, still perfoms with Zakes (angimazi uProducer oyithanda kanje i-GQA), still the same bit to his songs. But then maybe its the TINY WINSY stage that they were perfoming in, i neva understood why ama-kwaito artist will want to launch in a club because there is just no space!~Whuuuu!

Overall it was okay, until kufike uKhanyi Mbau, 3 Sum kanye no ever smiling Bonang....Hhawu aphaphile lawamantombazane!!!! Im sorry but girls you are too much, and that hair Mbau whats up with that?
As for uBonang, ever heard of a frown? Uhlezi ugigitheka nje, i remember that time when Live made tribute to Lucky Dube, Bonang was busy telling viewers that its a shame and condolenses to the family but with a HUGE grin on her face...haai shame sisi shintsa.
AS FOR THESE GUYS I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT TO SAY! BUT I WONDERED UKUTHI THE GUY (OR LADY) ON THE LEFT IS NOT SHAGGING KHANYI'S MANDLA ANYMORE SINCE NOW THEY ARE BUDDY BUDDY? HHEYI NGIYAK'TSHELA.
