Today’s message will focus on the value of positive thinking, maintaining a positive attitude and attracting positive energy.

In Mathematics the positive is denoted by a + sign and the negative is reflected by a – sign. Thus positive energy, positive thinking and a positive attitude will enhance, add to and promote the quality of the positive energy in your body. Negative thoughts and negative actions will thus reduce or minus your bodies energy levels.

A person whose heart, mind and body is filled with positive thoughts and positive actions will send out such thoughts and actions in all directions. This energy and thinking will enter the minds of people and produce in them similar positive thoughts of love, peace and happiness. Positive thinking can thus be classified as contagious and uplifting to modern society.

Being positive will promote your self- esteem, self-belief and help you avoid depression.

By believing in your inner strength you are freeing up, memories, energies and potentials within yourself and this will act immediately to change your capabilities and possibilities in the present and future moments.

Finally, remember that positive thinking, positive action and positive thoughts are like a boomerang, it will come back to you. Maintain a positive outlook to life, think positively and most importantly live a positive life and a content life. You are positive energy.

Dear Miss Peru
thanks for the motivation, but tell me how does one deal with the sense of loss and lack of energy to even think positive or negetive for that mater (becasue both approaches require energy and if you cant even think of anything nasty or sweet, you're just exhausted because of what you've been thru...your attitude is like " yeah whateva..".

please help Miss Peru I so want to be "positive energy" meself
