The show for 08/08/2007 was advertising the movie Wild hogs, and 13/08/2007 was the movie Hairspray so as you all know I will pass! After a few comments but I got some writing to do about some true Oprah-style moments from my previous articles...
Oprah has never hidden the fact that she has a huge,
mega, crush on John Travolta – She really is truly in love with this guy. Even on her website she refers to him as “Oprah’s Sweetie-pie”. I believe if there was a way she could make Stedman into John, she would do it! If I recall for one of her birthdays her surprise gift was a dance with John, and we heard about that FOR A WHILE!!

I just had to mention that John lives a true celebrity lifestyle and has a jet in his front yard! Sexwale’s take notes! Martin Lawrence was also on the show for Wild Hogs, with one earring (okay!), and he was beyond himself – I wonder how long he had prayed to be on the Oprah couch! I genuinely think he
wasn’t faking his excitement – That was
not an act!

shoes that just look stunning, absolutely wow! But look like they hurt her feet so much she can’t even move! I don’t know, hey! Why doesn’t she pay the people that design those shoes to make comfy ones for her – she CAN afford it! And I am sure they will be willing. King K says the shoes must look really horrible if they are changed – but I doubt it. I think those shoes will look great even if the heel is shortened 3cm just so she can look comfy. Sometimes she tries to take a couple of steps- and I patiently wait because I know they will show another camera shot because she walks like her knees hurt!
Oprah gal, pay those shoe designers to a make a comfy heel height for you, they will!
SchneiderSchneider – (Good News!) This child helped his aunt gave birth while his mom was standing there in shock. How? I wouldn’t be able to handle the drama of delivering a baby, but he did? How many of us have gone for First-aid lessons? How many of us have children in the toddler stage that do everything – jumping up and down!? How many children in Msanzi can do what this little man did? He learnt all these things at school!!! Americans are really advanced in their curriculum – Is Oprah offering the same at her school? Why do Darkies overdress their kids? I asked this Q on the original article and I still wanna know! Why, batho batsho, why? Have you ever been overdressed as a child? I have horrendous memories of being forced to wear a Cinderella Ballerina dress in my teens for Xmas when everyone I knew had outgrown the “diaparo tsa Christmas” (New Xmas Outfit) phase!!! I have a friend that to this day still wears new clothes for Christmas, he swears he loves “go apara diaparo tsa Christmas” and he is in his early 30s!
Nikki Blonsky (Hairspray) & Elijah Kelley Oh, these True Oprah-Style guests just stole my heart! Nikki Blonsky is a big Hollywood movie star in her debut film acting besides stars like Michelle Pfeifer, John Travolta and Queen Latifah, earning big bucks, maybe, and she announced that she rewarded herself by buying a “Sealy Posterpeudic!” She sounded genuinely excited at owning a Sealy! She worked at an ice cream shop and auditioned for the part of Tracy Turnblad. That was her lucky break. Is she getting paid well, mara? Or are they taking advantage of her and paying her small change so that she can afford to get herself a Sealy!!! Elijah Kelley had to follow his dream of acting and his parents willingly, the operative word here is
willingly, quit their jobs and packed up with him to LA – I was moved! I am not sure I would take that kind of leap of faith! My ma would definitely not! She would say “Go, my child! When you are done, you’ll find me here” not to say she isn’t supportive but she will not just quit her job and move with me to another city for a dream… I am not sure if I wouldn’t for my Prince K!
Angela Angela (Women in their 30s) is a married woman in her 30s with 8 children – and may still have more! I don’t know, hey? Kids are precious and wonderful little people – great to have. Back in the day darkies were the ones that had lots of kids – how they afforded them is beyond me? I was watching some show recently – dammit! Should have written down the show name! – anyways, the character on the show said she doesn’t want any more kids, one is enough, she wonders how “those people in developing countries can afford to have so many?”. You know how king K and I always analyse these comments – we wanted to know why the reputation of developing countries is too many children in poverty? And now a woman in a developed country came out on Oprah and said “I do not have a number on the amount of children I want, I love children!” Everyone applauded! Why can’t people in developed countries applaud for the people in developing countries for having lots of children because they love children? Why does commercialism have to be added to the equation? I Just wanna know! King K always says, "any number with a 2" when people ask how many children we plan on having - so peeps if we go over child number three, you must just know the next figure is 12!!!
