When he first found out that Thomas was Kenny's son, he didn't want to give him a flat at that Siqalekiso Court because he was a Mashaba and didn't want anything that would associate him with Kenneth.
Khethiwe had to knock some sense into him and explain that they couldn't punish Thomas for what his father did so finally Khaphela got off his high horse and they gave Mazzi a flat.
Yesterday, he climbed on it again and I was helluva irritated.
Khaphela, Khethiwe and Ngamla (whatever happened to that name?) were sitting at Dinangwe (does anyone know what this means?) interviewing Sbusiso for the position of Siqalo Investor (damn even the title doesn't sound nice) and even before getting there, Khaphela had reservations about going into business with Sbusiso.
Khaphela, the unshaven one who needs money, does not like Dhlomo because he is "not there for Karabo", Oh Gaaaddd, Karabo is beyond saving. No amount of support can get her out of that hell hole she's in! Thank goodness for Khethiwe, she's quite the business woman when she needs to be.
So anyway, as they were sitting there acting like they were the ones doing Sbusiso a favour (okay I know they had to be comfortable but damn....) Thomas, the barman brought the drinks they'd ordered from Duma and Sbusiso couldn't help but laugh at what he was seeing.
Sbusiso reminded us that he and Thomas were both after Ntombi some time ago so he said something like "Thomas couldn't compete with him now...." something to that effect.
Shame, Thomas didn't lose his cool or anything, he just did what he was there to do and left.
Yho, that madevu Khaphela, you should have heard him "Did you have to humiliate him like that?? (think you're talking to your kid wena?) I don't think I can do business with someone like you."
You know Sbusiso can be humble or calm but he will come to the "arrogance" party when he needs to.
He told Khaphela that he had a not-so-nice history with the Mashabas and that he was there to discuss business. "You need money and I can give it to you so what's it gonna be?"
Yah, that will give Holy Madevu something to think about....hope he's in front of a bathroom mirror, with shaving cream nearby when he does that.
It was so so good to see Dineo and Thomas acting all lovey dovey like that, we need a bit of "normal" romance in that soap. Not Barbara or Anne ewwww...
Shame Dinny got a bit shaken when she received the divorce papers but hey, Thomas was there to give her the most "off key" hug I've ever seen....what was up with that?
I'm not gonna mention those Khoza brothers coz my ears just shut off when they speak. Just wanna alert Zamani to the fact that his handmovements that accompany each word he speaks are not working. It's all just plain damn irritating. Is that supposed to be sign language or something?

I seen Ntombi and her brother have a wardrobe problem. If Ntombi wears that hideous dress again, I'ma puke!! I know my fashion ain't top notch but that dress with chains printed all over is ugggllllyyyy...and that silver belt??? Huu hayi people.
I mentioned it and I will mention it again, Samuel, just because that jacket is nice does not mean you have to wear it everyday!!!!!!!!!!!! Wardrobe mistress please maan, please!!!!
