Who needs the stupid High Occupant Vehicles lane when we can all afford to fly to Cape and Durbs??
SA's latest new low-cost airline, Mango has received some heavy criticisms when other are singing its praises. Some experts believe the airline will be unable to sustain the demand.
Mango-the brainchild of SAA is offering Joburg /Cape Town =R200 and Joburg/Durban R169.Also while commercial airline tend to operate their planes for average of 8 hours a day, Mango will see 12 to 15 hours of flying. Kulula currently charges in the region of R429 to fly between Durban and Johannesburg. Mango promised to remain 20% cheaper as compared to their competition. But Mango will also not be carrying any cargo and passengers will be required to pay for any excess baggage added. The aircraft will be flown by experienced but retired SAA pilots (Is this a good idea?).These guys are above 65 (what about eye sight and hearing).I love their ad though. So what do you think about the whole Mango thing???????

HYNDAE GERTZ: LAPD IS looking for a new Hyndae Gertz. Two cops are send on a chase for it. During their chase they create a lot of chaos on the road and they end up been in an accident. They spot the hyndae they are looking for, driven by a lady. Guess what, the Gertz is a right hand driven one. Aren’t they supposed to be left hand driven cars in LA? I just don’t feel this ad; I can’t make sense of the scenes in it. Come to think of it….Oh shut up Bob!!!!
iTalk ad
This lady called Carla who was on FMH appears on this ad(she’s a model or something of that sort). I really can’t remember it very well because It leaves less to be desired. In case they wanted to make it memorable, they failed dismally, it is sooo forgettable. This lady is holding phones and the camera man is focusing on her boobs instead of phones and this lady is not impressed with that. This lady then calls him to order. Every time this ad appears on the screen. I just feel like smashing my TV. This Carla character needs to keep her day job.
Brand Power ads
As much as this ad teaches us about buying wisely it definitely gets on my nerves. And what’s with the way this lady talks?? She seriously has a nasal issue going on hey!! She speaks like she is sinutic!! BRAND POWER, HELPING YOU BUY BETTER. Somebody pleaaaaaaaaaaaaase shoot me!!!!!
There’s this ad where a lady cracks open a beer with her eye socket I think they are advertising a car, but I really can’t marry the ad to the product. I actually thought they are advertising a beer. Anybody knows what they are advertising here???
I hate all Verimak ads and all home shopping ads.
I also hate the yellow page ad, it is way too busy for my liking, it is as busy as the Ackerman’s ad. The only thing I like about the Ackerman’s ad is the song ‘feel love generation’
