Losing weight can be an obsession and I’ve been in the situation where all you think about is losing the weight and in the process end up making terrible health decisions! A lot of people can get pretty desperate and try some things that are unheard of or going to the extremes. What kind of stupid or odd things have you done or heard of that people do to lose weight? Or what have you done that is just crazy to lose weight! Confession: I've tried the veg diet for a day. It's herrendous to say the least and I couldn't even finish it after having it in the morning only!
