Season 25
Selimathunzi is a South African variety television series produced by Baby Joe Correira which regularly travels to all the regions in the country, spotlighting events and functions, highlighting trends, fads and fashions.
Season 25 aired on SABC1 from 15 February, 2012 to 19 March, 2013, initially on Wednesdays at 18h30 and later (from 12 February, 2013) on Tuesdays at 19h00. New episodes broadcast weekly. There are 52 episodes in the 25th season.
Synopsis
This locally-produced variety series regularly travels to all the regions in the country, spotlighting events and functions, highlighting trends, fads and fashions.
In response to viewer letters and requests, the Selimathunzi presenters and crew attend local functions around the country - from 21st birthday parties to matric farewell dances.
In the "Dreams Can Come True" insert, viewer requests are granted on a merit basis.
