Season 13
The 13th season of Shift continues to give a voice to the youth, highlighting their issues by featuring guests who offer information, tips and advice to help transform their lives.
Another competitive advantage of the show is that it offers life changing prizes such as study bursaries and spending vouchers. The show is anchored around the slogan "Shifting Mindsets and Changing Lives".
Shift is live and interactive, allowing viewers to participate in discussions, by calling in or commenting on social media about the stories of the day.

Season 13 originally aired on SABC1 on Mondays and Tuesdays at 11h00. Two days per week were added on 31 August 2016, making it Monday-Thursday at 11h00.
