Episode 11

Today in our loft, the delightful and stylish Toya Delazy joins us for a chat about her career. We speak with former Miss South Africa, Bokang Montjane, about becoming a mother and discover a trendy new workout for you and your child called Baby Pilates.

Keeping in line with health, dietician, Kelly Schreuder talks to us about which carbs are the healthiest to eat and we examine the pros and cons of Botox with Dr Chamendran. In the kitchen we make a fresh pan-fried trout with tenderstem broccoli and chilli pasta.
