A thread inspired by Adbreak's new blog ...

I ran into a tyre crisis last week - had a flat and another tyre which was patched up and needed to be replaced. My first thought was to go to Tiger, Wheel and Tyre because they're the name I know most but then I heard about Hi-Q's advertising ... that they say they've been voted No 1 by South African consumers for an award ... I couldn't remember the award but I've googled and it's the TGI Iconic Brands Survey.

To cut a long story short: I went to them and they lived up to their advertising bigtime. The experience was top notch - they were friendly and helpful, their prices were better than anywhere else I phoned and their service was speedy and efficient. It was really cool to experience a company living up to their advertising.
