WHY DO BLACK PEOPLE LOOK DOWN ON THEIR OWN WHEN THEY HAVE BETTER POSITIONS AT WORK

This goes to my Black brothers and sisters..

Why is it that when a black person has been given power or a promotion at work or anywhere else. We wanna abuse that power or responsibility? Why is it that our fellow black brothers and sisters feel better and more important than their fellow black brothers and sisters in a working area. Why is it that we end up ill-treating the very same people we hustled with and grew up with in the same environment. All because we've been given power or authority over the next person.

Your very own skin color can turn on u bcoz they've been given a role higher than yours. Why is it that our own race doesn't wanna c another of the same skin as them prosper and attain greatness.

Why do we place Authority over humanity
Why do we turn against our own to impress the world that we've been given power
Why do we undermine others below us
Why do we crave control and being important  so bad that we don't even see if we mis-treating our own.

Why is a position better than another persons life?
Why turn against your own when you know their struggles
Why put another person out of work when you know how hard life is with out any income.

I just sit an wonder about all these things bcoz I've listened to most of the people I meet and it breaks my heart it's true. When a black person has power or a position above urs. They try in their very best to show u that they are in charge. Oh well God bless them all
