THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF ANY BUSINESS IN A CAPITALISTIC SOCIETY

A capitalist economy has, in the extreme aggregate, a theoretical level of infinite demand. Entrepreneurs and capitalist meet that demand by creating goods and services with the hopes of generating a profit. Importantly, the consumer and supplier are two sides of the same coin. One does not exist without the other. Clearly, if there is no demand for goods and services in a capitalist economy then there can be no capitalists and there can be no corporations that employ workers.

Capitalist need s the consumer and the consumers need the capitalist. That’s simply how the trade works. You buy bread from a local bakery because the product will serve some role that you demand in your life. This gives the bakery the potential to generate a profit and leverage their business operation, expand their business, employ more workers and generate higher profits.

It’s unquestionable true that without entrepreneurs and investors, you can’t have a dynamic and growing capitalist economy.

true that without consumers, you can’t have entrepreneurs and investors.

There is a theoretical level of infinite demand in capitalist economy. What I mean by this is that, in an extreme sense, we can consume all that time will allow. if you were unconstrained by time you could, in theory, consume all that the entrepreneur can produce.

Capitalism in Societies needs to evolve, and that requires different types of leaders from what we’ve had before. Not better leaders, because every period has its own challenges. Leaders who are able to cope with today’s change or challenges.

Most of the leadership skills we talk about- integrity, humanity, intelligence, and hard work- will always be there. But some skills are becoming more important, such as the ability to focus on the long term, to be purpose driven, to think systemically, and to work much more transparently and effectively in partnerships.
Business is here to serve society. We need to find a way to do so in a sustainable and more equitable way not only with resources but also with business models that are sustainable and generate reasonable returns, food security, and deforestation. They often require ten-year plans to address. But if you’re in a company that doesn’t tackle issues, you’ll end up not being in business.

The primary purpose of any business in the capitalist society is to make sure that the society on its own realizes the changes and that the company is up to date with all the goods and needs the society wants or needs.

Creating an environment that engages employees and encourages their involvement in capital and entrepreneurship economies.
Tapping into the society’s creativity and their needs as well as your employees.

Capitalism often carries a broad definition in business. Capitalism is most often defines as an economic system where individuals own economic resources and make decisions relating to their own self interest. This economic system is also known by other names, such as free market or laissez- faire economy. Good managers and business owners soon

discover that they’re only as good – and their business are only as good- as the men and women who work for them.

The main purpose is to produce and distribute goods to the society, the capitalist class, which owns the means for producing and distributing goods (the owners) and the working class, who sell their labor to capitalist class in exchange for wages. The economy is run by the individuals (or corporations) who own and operate companies and make decisions as to the use of resources. But there exists a “division of labor” which allows for specialization, typically occurring through education and training, further breaking down the two class system into sub-classes (e.g. the middle class).

Companies exist to make profit. The motive for all companies is to make and sell goods and services on for profits. Companies do not exist solely to satisfy people’s needs. Even though some goods or services may satisfy needs. They will only be available if the people have the sources to pay for them.

Capitalist societies believe markets should be left alone to operate without government intervention. However, a completely government-free capitalist society exists in theory, only.

True capitalism needs a competitive market. Without competition, monopolies exist and instead of the market setting the price, the seller is the price setter, which is against the conditions of capitalism.

The ability to change and adapt. Technology has been a game changer in every society and the willingness to allow change and adaptability of societies to improve inefficiencies within economic structure is a true characteristic of Capitalism in a Society.

Capitalism In its purest form is a society in which the market sets prices for the sole purpose of profits and any inefficiency or intervention that reduces profit making will be eliminated by the market.

The purpose of capitalism in the society is to learn how to work with your employees to make sure, the customers or consumers stay happy and remain loyal to your product or services.
There's no brand without consumers and there’s no products or resources without business owners or inventors.
