Sammy Moeti, who played sangoma Vho-Mushasha on Muvhango, has died - this from the Facebook page of Muvhango:

Good Morning viewers. Its with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr Sammy Moeti who used to play Vho-Mushasha. A man who brought us great entertainment and amusement. He passed on last night after a long illness. Our most sincere condolences go out to his family. May your soul rest in peace. #RIPMushasha

RIP shashi.... I remember the time your hut was on fire and you were crying for "Tranka Tin", you didn't want to tell Kondi what was inside.

RIP Shashi u will be surely missed .one of my fondest memories of u on screen is wen u married Kondi.I remember that scene wen u were both running hand in hand to go sign so that the chief won't banish both of u in thathe .your comic timing was great and tha english wow .Robala ka kgotso ntate
