National Women's Day celebrations to air live on SABC2

A heads-up that SABC2 will be airing the national Women's Day celebrations on Sunday with a live broadcast from Sasolburg.

The day's going to include a rally of 20 000 women from our nine provinces who'll be gathering under the theme: “Women united in moving South Africa forward.”

The rally aims to highlight the challenges that women currently face while assessing the advances that have happened since democracy.

The broadcast starts at 11h00 and ends at 13h00.
