It's motivation Monday on Afternoon Express. In celebration of Women's Day we're joined by some of South Africa's strongest and most significant women. Legendary songstress Vicky Sampson performs live and we chat to media personality Carol Bouwer and Mrs South Africa 2015, Sarah-Kate Scott.

Today we take a look at the pros and cons of Fracking. Joining the conversation are documentary film-makers, Jolynn Minnaar and Mira Dutschke, who have both made films highlighting the damage caused by Fracking. We also speak to two experts in the field.

Today we chat about a sensitive issue that plagues many school girls across the country. The lack of affordable and accessible sanitary pads leads to a lot of school missed by a large percentage of girls in South Africa. Joining the conversation are representatives of two organisations that are making a difference.
