Norman Anstey is a South African actor best known for playing a clueless cellphone owner in a series of television commercials for Vodacom.

He is also known for his role as Hilton Aimes in the M-Net drama series Snitch, from 2004-2007.

In 2008 he appeared as the lead character Zac's father in the first episode of the M-Net drama series Innocent Times, which aired on 23 April 2008.
