Emily Watson and Olivia Williams play the sisters Valya and Tula Harkonnen. Valya's the leader of the Sisterhood and Tula's her younger sister. Interesting to note: While the Bene Gesserit sect plays a central role in the Dune novels and films, the Harkonnens don't wield their powerful monopoly on the spice of Arrakis yet.
