You've probably read a gory email about it, or seen pictures on the net or maybe even caught a convo mid-sentence discussing it. Yep, It's the big news in music circles about the Illuminati Dynasty.
To sum it up, the media and entertainment gossip mongers have described the Illuminati as a "secret society" of devil worshipping. In essence, musicians in this case, sell their souls to the devil in exchange for money, fame and infinite success. They are the New World Order.
Before I continue, let me clarify that I'm not an expert on this matter, so I need your expertise and opinions in order for us to dissect this phenomenon.
After all those emails, all those photos and all those convos, I found this "supposed, media-version" of the society rather distorted.
Ok, ok, honestly... in the times we live in, where Vampire and Witchcraft movies are breaking box office records and are seen as cool, anything is possible. Yeah, I'm talking about the Twilight series, Harry Potter and all those "ubuthakathi" films. I also know that people will resort to extreme evil to get ahead in life whilst some of us pray to God daily and wake up in the freezing mornings to make an honest living. Granted!
But...
It's these individuals that are linked to the Illuminati society that kinda baffles me.
Jay Z, Kanye West, Beyonce, Rihanna, Diddy and Lil Wayne are on top of the list, of this somewhat pyramid scheme. Lady Gaga is also on the list, but for the purpose of this article, I'd like to focus on the other "evil members." Lady Gaga needs an entire article all by herself. Lol. After last night's BET Awards, I hear that Chris Brown, Drake and Nicki Minaj are now part of the "gang." Tjooo *claps once*
If I remember correctly, the news of this Illuminati broke out soon after the "father of Illuminati" Jay Z topped the Forbes list. Before long, it was Diddy then Beyonce and the rest of the RnB and Hip Hop crooners followed.
Before long, emails with distorted information were widely circulated "confirming" that Jay Z, Kanye West, Beyonce, Rihanna, Diddy and Lil Wayne have gained instant fame, success and moolah after entering the Illuminati. Then, people started grabbing bibles and throwing holy water on their screens. The news went viral and people are convinced that success = evil.
The first thing that was questionable about these claims was that recurring statement, that they all gained "instant fame." With the exception of Rihanna, any person who's followed the international music scene knows full well that these stars have been around the block for a while.
Jay Z gained popularity in the early 1990s after entering the game in the late 1980s. Almost 20 years later he tops the Forbes list and he belongs to the Illuminati?
Beyonce and her children, rather Destiny's Child, took 4 years to even enter the major music scene around 1997. Prior to 1993 Beyonce was already being groomed and dolled up to be a star by her father, a professional music promoter, and her mother a fashion designer. More than a decade later, with a sharper nose and a millionaire after her, she tops the Forbes list and she now belongs to the Illuminati?
Kanye has been under Jay Z's wing for over a decade and is the driving force behind many successful and famous musicians, including Jay Z himself. If he could make other people rich and famous, why is it a cry to do the same for himself?
We all know Diddy or P Diddy or whatever he calls himself nowadays from the days of Biggie Smallz around 1995. Two decades late he tops the Forbes list and he's Illuminati?
Lil Wayne was only 9 years when he joined Cash Money Records. 20 years later he's still there, worked his way to the Forbes lists and he's now Illuminati?
Are you seeing a pattern? To cut the long story short, this appears to be some form of propaganda, that if a black person becomes wealthy it's through evil ways or devil worship. Let's not forget that the USA and UK are still battling with racial inequality. Hint hint, all the racial slurs directed at Barack "Odrama" Obama.
This is no racial attack but a mere observation linking factual events.
If anything, Tyler Swift, Adele and Justin Bieber should be on that list as they meet the "instant success" criteria. Even Kim Kardashian should be on it, because we are yet to define her occupation. So, why are they not on the list? Probably, someone on the net has hinted about them being on the list but they don't have documentaries and books about them being "confirmed" as Illuminati.
Before we get carried away, back to the REAL Illuminati. According to "historical references," the Illuminati is a secret society comprising of powerful individuals that mastermind world events and affairs through governments and corporates to establish a New World Order. The aim is to have a totalitarian one-world government controlled by this very society. Apparently that's why everything nowadays is "United." Think of the African Union(AU) and United Nations (UN), where foreign countries can now butt into the business of your country and even tell you how to run it. Mmmh... Ayeye Nkosazana Zuma.
As much as we love our RnB and Hip Hop musicians, somehow, it's difficult to defend them. Why in the world are they giving so much glory to these alter egos of theirs? What's up with the hand signals and images in their videos mimicking the Illuminati?
Although they have all denied it, it's common knowledge that there is no smoke without fire.
So, back to my question. Are these RnB and Hip Hop musicians being used by some "powers" for this New World Order?
What's your take?
