"Gift Leremi(23) passed away last night after theBMw 3-series he was driving overturned and crashed."

Those are the sad news which we the soccer loving people of SA woke up to this morning, I could not believe what i was hearing on the radio, the player was transfered to Downs from Pirates during the end of the season transfer window .
He was just trying to get his act together after his much publisized stay at Pirates. he had already scored two goals for Downs and was regularly in their starting line up.

My deepest condolences to his friends and family and the rest of SA
MAY HIS SOUL RETS IN PEACE.

Eish guys mina Im so heart broken about this.  May his soul reast in peace.

I don't believe in witchcraft but when things like this happen my belief is slightly shaken.   I mean the boy was in the prime of his life and now this happen.  It reminds me of that pirates player who died on his way to visit his family in Musina. Sorry I forgot his name but he was also so young

My condolonses to the Leremi family.  This loss is great to SA as a nation, but surely the comparison differs in terms of his family, so may they realise that if God brings u to it, he will certainly pull u through it.

Eish you guys have no idea how saddened I am. Leremi had talent and I feel for his family and his team Sundowns as well as Pirates. I feel that Pirates are the ones who are more saddened than Ma Sandawana because Gift spent his soccer years ko teng, he has only been ko Sundowns for a month or so.
Anyway, may his party animalising soul rest in peace!!!!!!! For those of you who did not know, the brother  could get down, on and off the ground!!
Kwelefab: O opile tlhogo lenaka, Gift was not born in 1984 and that is all I am saying, out of respect for the dead.
Nice one Madenza, nice one!
Gift bra yaka, robala ka kagiso. Ba ba marapo a tiileng bare "se sa feleng se a tlhola"!

He was a great friend, a great collegue and a super soccer player. Im writting this with tears in my eyes because i knew that Gift's was in a process of turning a new lift kodwa ke uNkulunkulu uthathile okungokwakhe. His BMW was one of his favourate things he had and its a shame that it was used to take his life. SA mourns a legend today and as hard as it might be we have to let him go. To his family, God is the pillar of everything, hold on to him and you will be fine. To his friends, he died young majitha kodwa asibonge isikhathi esisichithe naye. To soccer fans, another legend is lost but the sun will shine again. Rest in peace Mpho, i love you and you were a great friend.

Bathi ' Isitya esihle asidleli'. Lala ngoxolo Mpho. Ukuba bendikwazi ukuba ungumni ngendikutibela.
Guys with the whole 2010 thing coming can you imagine the kind of dreams he had? Maybe he dreamt about scoring against France, beating Brazillian a$$es at home, now all of those will go with him to the grave. To the family and friends, and the woman (hopefully one) in his life let him go. Ugqatso lwakhe ulufezile.
Death always get the better of me, it'll take days before this disappears in my head.

I am flabbergasted, shell-shocked, baffled, how could such a thing transpire?
This is such a tragedy, a real blow to SA football, he was at the peak of his career, and i am sure he wasn't done by a long shot , this was just a tip of the iceberg.
My deepest condolences to his family, he is in God's hands now.
Life goes on....

Bhekin must be a journalist from that Daily news paper worth R1.30, that always focuses on witchcraft, scandals, shebeen brawls, kangaroo courts and a cheap ass cross word puzzle that would ask you who is the South African president. Guys, to all you I would really like to say this; we people are like crabs or scorpions put in a fruit jar. One crustacean or scorpion would want to to climb up and escape the jar, the others would pull it down by it's tail or legs. Talking about P.H.D: Player Hating Degree or Pull Him Down syndrome. When Gift Leremi missed training, he was always on our lips. When him, Cheeseboy and JJP misbehaved we loved that. Gift then started climbing the football corporate ladder to Mamelodi( soccer's golden city off course) you all started saying that he was finished. Now Gift dies a horrible death, he is a legend, he is a Maradonna , a Pele. For me as a Downs fan, I liked a few players in their lifetime; Midnight Express, Legs of Thunder, Continental and the Drinking Master himself JJP. Let us love people when they r around coz when they r dead and gone they ain't gonna Hear us singing artificial praises.
