Its on Bucs v/s Downs

Its official the final of the Supa8 is between Happy People and Bafana ba style and it will be played on the 15-09-2007 at the ABSA stadium in Durbs. they dont get better than this one.

It was Downs who booked a place in the finals first on wednesday(sorry RGB fans) evening. they beat Cosmos on penalties after both teams struggled to find the back of the net after 120mins, All i can say is that they dont look convincing as we make them to be. This thing of start stop penalties make the goalkeepers look stupid.

The game of the tournament came on thursday when Bucs played SS United. after 110mins it was still goaless in what was an entertaining game, after this Pirates scored a goal which i thought it had won the game for us and so did many residents of the Hiilbrow neighbourhood who were blowing vuvuzelas, it was a goal by Duku Duku but after only a minute it was square after Mashego equalised( i almost fainted saying not again remember last season in the same competition). But thanks to a deflection from a Shakira Shakira's free kick. I AM STILL NOT CONVINCED WITH MUTOMBO.

ALL I CAN SAY WITH OR WITHOUT MUTOMBO THE IS NO WAY WE GOING TO LOSE TO SUNDOWNS

i was wondering when you are going to submit your article about soccer Madenza.
I am a Pirates fan and so HAPPY we won last night. It was not penalties, we just scored and won fair and square.

I can't wait for the finals on the 15th. My problem is how i will manage soccer, unveiling and a baby shower in one day in different places.

haaibo i thought the final will be on the 16th ori ngizwe rong?(not that i love soccer mara since it is being forced down our throats, eish i wish i could barr my tv from showing anything soccer related)

I like theBucanneers team of no names it worked wonders yesterday, I never thot we will win against SS but yo, bayababa labafana. They fought untill the last minute

I saw Lebohang's game has improved, he never lost so many balls like he used to.
Come the 15th , Sundowns you owe us a lot and you will pay

@ Babyjoe........ go to the unveiling in the morning, and to the baby shower in the noon and watch soccer there

What do you guys say of Mutombo not playing DUKU DUKU i mean the dude always changes the complexion of the game, or maybe i am not watching the same games as Bibey.

The boys were on fire last night!!Mandeza if you are not convienced about Bibey then I don't know about you, you will not be convienced until he lifts the SAA and PSL trophy and the rest of the cups. I was convienced from day UNO about him.

I am a Khosi 4 Life but last nite i wanted Pie-rats to win(what a weird feeling since i started supporting Chiefs).The reason for this is that i felt for Mutombo.I have put myself in his situation and i could feel the heat that he was feeling.The guy did not enjoy the game yesterday, he was pondering his future with Bucs.

I don't know if i'm the only one who noticed that Mutombo was looking like a Zombi last nite. Did you see when Pie-rats scored the first goal everybody was celebrating except him, he was only speaking some foreign language to himself. Can anyone tell me what he was saying. Was he praying?

Tinyiko he was speaking to the above spirits and they sure heard his words. Don't feel sorry for Bibey feel sorry for your team when we meet again, Bibey is hear to stay he ain't going nowhere.

I think it'll be helluva Final. I got glimpse of the game here and now and then. I am a die hard khosi supporter ( as much as i hate so say it) but to some extent i felt Pie-rats....<<<lol (as Tinyiko puts it) deserved to triumph, it was a hard fought victory, United didn't exactly hand it on over on a silver platter, i think both teams worked their socks off, but i think extra time thats when the game came to life. The best moment for me was when Pirates drew first blood and Bibey was mumbling.... or thanking the all mighty.

I don't care who wins, but i'm not convinced by the way Pie-rats have been scoring their goals. Maybe this time it will deflect on the ref
