Season 2
Braxton Family Values is in its second season. The show features the rambunctious, tight-knit Braxton sisters — Grammy Award-winning artist Toni Braxton, Traci, Towanda, Trina and Tamar — and their headstrong mother, Evelyn, and offers an inside look at their lives and the drama of family chaos.
They battle it out for the spotlight with sibling rivalry, man drama, bankruptcy, a DUI, an absent dad much more. Through the laughter, tears, screaming and door-slamming, this family still has each other's back.
It's Season 2 and the Braxton Girls are back with their larger than life attitudes and talent to back it up. Toni, true to her word, made the big move to Los Angeles to focus on her health, career and self.
Tamar's dealing with her newfound fame and parlaying it into making the album of her dreams on her own terms. Meanwhile, Trina's busier than ever working with her own band and solo project, while her roller-coaster marriage to Gabe is put to the test since Towanda and Andre have moved in with them indefinitely.
In addition to sorting out her living situation and relationship with Andre, Towanda is busy training Toni's new assistant, Zo, so that she can leave that job for good and pursue her dream of being an actress.
Traci, who still lives in Maryland, has been coping with the reality that the family album might not happen by pursuing a new business venture, opening her own hair salon – and since it will require a few investors, she looks to her sisters for help.
Meanwhile, Evelyn has jumped back into the dating pool with comically mixed results while her ex-husband Michael is trying to get back into his daughters' lives.
The spotlight has been getting awfully crowded since last year and things get heated this season as new rivalries and jealousies between the sisters emerge at various performances, public appearances and family gatherings.
Nobody holds back as they argue and unpack their emotional baggage to the unofficial new member of the show, Dr. Sherry, who attempts to help them work out their issues so they can remain a loving, close-knit family, with values.

Toni deals with re-establishing her image and identity to the dismay of her sisters who want her to be a part of a Braxton family album. And one particular step of Toni's rebranding process causes major friction.
Toni fires her manager Vince, aka Tamar's husband. Meanwhile, the rest of the sisters begin performing as a group again and old issues rear their ugly head as Tamar's attitude and perfectionism rub all the girls the wrong way, especially Towanda.
Graduations, medical emergencies, concert performances, award ceremonies, vacation retreats, and a wedding are just a few of the events where the girls come together to confess dark secrets and share happy moments.
Which two sisters admit to past infidelities? Who separates from her husband this season? Will the Braxton family album ever happen? Which sister undergoes a hysterectomy? And who gets a shocking wedding proposal?

Broadcast Notes
Season 2 premiered on Vuzu on Monday 14 January 2013, at 19h30. New episodes broadcast in a double bill, weekly, and after Episode 13 had aired (on 11 March 2013) the season went on hiatus. Season 2 resumed on Vuzu with Episode 14 on Monday 7 October 2013, at 19h30.
Season 2 premiered on M-Net Series Reality on Friday 10 January 2014, at 23h30, beginning with Episode 14. The first episodes of the season did not air on the channel (the second half of 13 episodes were known in South Africa as Season 2b).
Season 2 later aired on M-Net Series Zone, also beginning with Season 2b.
This was the first season to air on eKasi+ - the first season did not air on the channel.
