LunchBox premiered on SABC3 on Thursday 4 September 2008, at 12h10. New episodes air daily on weekdays, at the same time.
Synopsis
LunchBox is a daily live talk show which covers a number of topical subjects from lifestyle, wellness, green, wealth and knowledge to fashion to the environment, how to get ahead at work, to finding your six pack.
The show also previews things to do over weekends, places to go and people to see, tips on saving money, the latest technologies, health info and investment advice.
There are also frequent competitions that viewers can participate in.
