Last night (28 January) Cosmo magazine hosted a party to announce the winner of their 2009 Sexiest Men Calendar spread. The finalists posed and got interviewed in a live show that culminated in the announcement of
Pasella's Paul Rothmann as the winner.

Cosmo's Sexiest Men Calendar 2009.
The showdown between them was held at a party at a Restaurant in downtown Cape Town, where 9 of the 12 were introduced to a crowd of screaming chicks. Those missing were: Mr February - Jongi Nokwe, Mr June - Conrad Jantjies and Mr September - Andre Petim; all sportsmen who were busy sporting.
Overall things turned out to be
Top Billing/Pasella heavy - Pasella host
Dieter Voigt is also in the calendar and Top Billing's
Janez Vermerein - who won the title last year - hosted the show, alongside Top Billing's
Jeannie D.
Still, there were enough naked bodies to pacify the yawn-factor. The show started with everyone dressed and ended with them ripping their clothes off. They didn't go the Full Monty unfortunately but they did fling off everything above the waist and strutted round the stage for a satisfying amount of time.

After the show was over Paul hid to call his wife to spill the news. 
My fave for the win: Mr August - Valentin (forgot to ask if his name's for real!)
Janez in his way-too-pointy shoes again. He seriously needs to do something about them.
