Bio
Martin Marquez is a Spanish-born British actor best known for his role as Gino Primirola in the British television drama series Hotel Babylon, based on the book of the same name, from 2006-2009.
Marquez has owned his own fish and chip shop, worked as a fitness instructor and then a barman in a top London hotel before becoming a professional actor.
He and his brother, John, are known as The Brothers Marquez and have performed their much acclaimed comedy theatre show at Edinburgh, and regularly at the Soho Theatre in London.
Martin was raised in Coventry. His mother is from Birmingham and she met his father while on holiday in Spain.
