Payton Spencer is an American actress best known for her role as Geneva in the television comedy What About Brian, from 2006-2007.
Her screen acting debut was in the 2005 episode of Joan of Arcadia entitled "Common Thread" (Season 2, Episode 21). She followed that performance with a small role in the 2006 feature film Honeymoon with Mom.
She played the role of Emily Fornell in two episodes of the fourth season of NCIS, in 2006 and 2007.
Her hometown is Amarillo, Texas.
