Cecily Pavoncelli is a South African housewife and television personality best known for appearing on the HISTORY docu-reality series Pawn Stars SA, joining the cast in the second season.

Cecily's working life started off in the highly competitive world of IT, where she carved out a strong background in sales, but after becoming a mom, her focus shifted from building an empire to building sand castles and Lego cities.
With an endless supply of energy and enthusiasm (or is that the espressos?), Cecily's day is filled with being a mother to two daughters, taking part in weekly radio talk shows with the Pawn Stars SA team, reading and doing pilates (of which she says she is rather inelegant, however much she tries to look like a ballerina).
The many stamps in her passport and the abundance of cookbooks in her kitchen, attest to the fact that Cecily loves travelling and sampling foods from all over the world.
Her kitchen is the heart of her home, with something always bubbling away on the stove or in the oven while she's helping with the homework just catching up on the day's events with the family.
Married to an Italian legal luminary, Cecily dreams of studying law if for no other reason than to win just ONE argument on matters as mundane as his insistence of risottos ONLY being stirred in a clockwise direction! (of which she says he puts up a cogent and compelling argument).
Cecily is currently working on a novel in her spare time.
