Sipho Mzobe (1974 - 29 July, 2002) was a South African actor best known for his starring role as Welile in the first season of the SABC1 drama series Gaz'lam, in 2002.

He also appeared in soapies like Generations and Isidingo and featured in several television commercials as well.

On 29 July, 2002 Sipho was shot dead while watching soccer with friends in Johannesburg. He left behind two children, Ayah and Phumelele.

The first episode of Gaz'lam was dedicated to his memory.
