Bio

Ross Philips is an American actor best known for his recurring role as Tom Long in the comedy-drama television series Hart of Dixie, since 2011.

Philips was born to British parents in the small mountain town of Stowe, Vermont. He is a dual citizen and still has many family members in and around Bristol, England.

He attended Stowe High School until his junior year when he transferred to Walnut Hill School for the Performing Arts. After two years at the boarding school he was accepted into the BFA Acting program at Carnegie Mellon University.

Upon graduating he moved directly to Los Angeles, quickly booking a recurring role on Hart of Dixie. He has also ahd guest starring roles on several television series including Medium, Private Practice and Friends with Benefits.

Ross is an avid New England sports fan and Xbox gamer.
