Mpumi Mbethe is a South African television presenter and entrepreneur best known for co-presenting the SABC1 magazine show Ses'khona, from 2011-2012.

She was previously an EPG Editor at MultiChoice and a production assistant at Broad Daylight Films and currently is managing director of her own events company, Fanmpumi Events, since March 2011.

Mpumi matriculated from Greendale School in Johannesburg in 2005. Her subjects were English, Physics, Business Economics and Travel & Tourism and she was Head Girl of the school.

In 2006 she went to the University of Johannesburg to study a BA in Journalism, Communications and Sociology, ending her course in 2008.

She co-hosted the SABC1 youth reality series Zoned, in 2012. In 2013 she hosted the SABC1 religious magazine programme i-Dentity.
