Bio

Thuli Zuma is a South African actress best known for her starring role as Jabu, an aspiring radio DJ, in the television sitcom It's for Life, in 2011.

Thuli completed her degree in Live Performance at AFDA in 2006. Since then she's featured in stage productions such as A Good Man at The Baxter Theatre, Forbidden Love and The Vagina Monologues.

After first working in educational theatre she spent much of 2010 touring with the award winning one-woman show Tin Bucket Drum.

Thuli has also featured in Hillside on SABC2, a puppet show pilot for a children's show called Hush and made a guest appearance on SABC2's Motswako.

She is the daughter of South African president Jacob Zuma and the sister of fellow actress Gugulethu Zuma.
