Phillip Rhys is a British actor best known for his recurring TV roles as Reza Naiyeer, a middle eastern-British businessman framed by his fiancee for the terrorist plot she was involved in, in 24 (2003); and as Jude, a handsome student who became infatuated with Julia McNamara (Joely Richardson), in Nip/Tuck, from 2003-2005.
