Sarah Parish is an English actress best known for her roles on the television series Peak Practice (1997-1999), Cutting It (2002-2005), Doctor Who (2006) and Mistresses, from 2008-2010.

She also had a starring role as Regan Hamleigh, who is absolutely possessed with the desire to move her family up the social ladder and will stop at nothing, readily partnering with Waleran to achieve her goals, in the historical drama television miniseries The Pillars of the Earth, based on the book of the same name by Ken Follett.

Her film credits include The Holiday, The Wedding Date, and Parting Shots. Her television credits include Mistresses, Much Ado About Nothing, Blackpool, Cutting It, Table Twelve, City Central, Brotherly Love, and Beast – all for the BBC.

Other television credits include Doctor Who III, Miss Marple, Sirens, Kiss Me Kate, Sex, The City and Me. She also played the role of Levicy Hatfield in the acclaimed miniseries Hatfields & McCoys.

Parish's theatre credits include Popcorn and Nine.
