Hey....I read in your reply to my article that you said you're scared....what works for me is to embrace every emotion which presents itself @ a particular moment, but dont dwell on those you know are negative for your well being... My boyfriend's sister passed away 2 years ago due to this illness & I asked him one day...Lovey how do you cope when you feel like you have no strength left to deal with it...and he said the most profound 3 words...he said "First you cry"... Even though everything looks wrong/unfair/painful/hurtful...we will really be ok...all of us :-)
