Sweety Pie i know i might have heard it b4 but in time u will look back and realise this was not such a storm and all in good time dont force urself to heal set ur spirit free ok now its seems as if uwile and its too hard or impossible to stand but yazi ntoni realise ukuthi u fell facing upwards u can still see the sky and thats the limit so stand up and reach out for the stars

Humans are complicated, aren't we! I am struck by how many negatives there are to this relationship - having a relationship with him signals the end of your peace again. I think if you look carefully at your relationship and do a 'checklist', putting all the positive aspects in one column and the negatives in another, you may see your answer quite clearly. It is hard to change something that has become familiar, but if you really want to move on hard work is what it will take. Is there any way you can take some time out and go away for a few days, or involve yourself in something fun and interesting that will keep you occupied in your spare time? The idea is not to sit at home and allow yourself to get miserable, but rather to start building a new life and new interests. You deserve happiness, so I hope you will go out and get it for yourself - do let me know how you go.

Unik sana, thank izinyanya zakho 4 having removed that man from your lyf. I've also just come out of a relationship. Give yourself time to be still and to listen to your thoughts. I came to this realisation not so long ago. 1. I needed to let go of this person, I needed to release him from my heart because for as long as he's in there & i'm always sad happiness will evade me. Happiness cannot manifest in heart harbouring pain and anger. 2. He has chosen to follow his own route on his life's journey & it's time you do the same. Appreciate that atleast he was finaly honest enough to live his life in the way that he chooses to. The reality of it all is that you have been hurt by his choice to move on with his life without you. As a sister and a fellow TVSA friend I say with time you will find solace in knowing that you have a beautiful baby who appreciates you unconditionally. The peace will come with time and you will come out of this with a whole new understanding of who you are. Infact you will return to what you've always known-that you are indeed a divine creation and that you are destined for great things. Qhina sisi

Zhico & Qheng-hi will be kaMzoli vele, but Lahvee doesnt wanna meet up there, nam phofu I wont have transi to Mzoli. Cande-girl is game for anything. Then there's Cocktail, and Mayo. I think they can meet. Tizoz will be at the Waterfront for some party or whatever, but van meet up nathi later I think. I propose Cubannas, or Nyoni's Kraal, or Marcos at least they are around Long Street and we can have a drink or whatever and talk. From there, Cande says there's a Jazz thing ePen Tech
