The Linz family started off in last place and only made up time in the latter stage of the leg (from the Roadblock to the Detour). Therefore they are ranked behind the Godlewski and Schroeder families who were ahead of them for most of the leg.
The journey from the Roadblock to the Detour also affected the Paolo family, who lost a lot of places as a result. Up until that point they had had a good leg, being the third team to finish the Roadblock, which is why they are ranked ahead of the Bransen and Gaghan families.
