Uit die Slaapkamer 3

What does a drag queen, food writer and opera singer have in common?

Tollie Parton, Marinda Engelbrecht and Lynelle Kenned are part of the new panel for this talk show.

If it has to do with sexual health, intimacy and taboo topics — it's on the table.

Medical doctor and sexologist Dr Elna Rudolph still leads the conversation this season, touching on subjects like libido and erection problems again because people still have many questions about it.

The panel also tackles conversations like how to protect your children against sexual abuse.

According to the show, 64% of the South African community still believes that homosexuality shouldnt be acceptable.

Voices like that of Wynand Kotze, better known as Tollie Parton, also add a different dynamic to the conversation.

Lynelle Kenned is also excited to be part of the team, particularly with regards to talking extensively about parenthood and sex and how to cherish a healthy relationship with your own sexuality.

Marinda Engelbrecht believes she represents a generation who rarely talks about sex as it is a taboo for her generation.

In the Season 3 premiere: A man wants to pierce rings through his penis and knocks on Dr. Elna's door for advice.

Also, how does a parent explain oral sex to elementary school children? The team gives their input.

Finally, a woman wonders if a sex toy is better than the real Jacob.

Chimp Empire

Channel: Netflix South Africa
TX Time: 10h00 (all episodes)
Genre: Wildlife, Nature, Docu-Reality, Documentary Series

Chimp Empire

From the co-director of My Octopus Teacher and the team behind Rise of the Warrior Apes, Chimp Empire explores the fascinating world of the largest chimpanzee society ever discovered as they navigate complex social politics, family dynamics and dangerous territory disputes.

Under the lush canopies of Uganda's Ngogo Forest dwells the largest chimpanzee society ever discovered.

For the last 25 years, scientists and field trackers have lived alongside this tribe, watching as they built a sophisticated political and familial structure: forming alliances, building trust, caring for one another and often going head to head in a neverending fight for power.

When director James Reed (My Octopus Teacher) embedded a camera crew to capture a uniquely intimate look at the chimps of Ngogo, there was no way to know that the year ahead would bring some of the most tumultuous battles and dramatic changes in the tribe's history.

Over the course of four episodes – narrated by Mahershala Ali – babies will grow, relationships will blossom, and leaders will rise and fall.

It's a once-in-a-lifetime chance to get up close and personal with our closest living animal relatives, and an equally rare opportunity to learn about our own human society through the mirror of these chimps and their fascinating lives.

What seemed to be a wonderful opportunity soon turns out to be her worst nightmare.

The seductive Barbara Cano, Daniela's mother, becomes obsessed with Willy and pursues him, even though she is a married woman.

At the same time, Willy discovers Daniela's secret drug use.

Mother and daughter conspire to falsely accuse Willy of sexual harassment.

Like a savage shark, Humberto Cano drags Willy to court to answer to his family's accusations, and a scandal erupts in the media.

A bomb explodes within the Cano family when Georges, Barbara's husband and Daniela's father, reveals a video which proves that the case filed was a complete fabrication by the women.

Humberto cannot believe that he has been deceived by his own family.

But now it is too late; his reputation is at stake. False evidence is presented and Willy is sentenced to 30 years in prison.

Fearing that the truth will be revealed, Humberto decides to take drastic measures: he will have Willy eliminated.

Santa, who is unable to forget what happened, devises a plan to take revenge on the members of the Cano family, a plan that will force her to become Amanda Braun.

Amanda will be willing to do whatever she must to carry her plan to its logical conclusion.

But her plan did not account for Santiago, the third brother of the Cano family, who appears suddenly and steals her heart right from the beginning.

Santiago is the complete opposite of the rest of his family and, as love once again blooms in her life, Amanda realises that her plan is now in jeopardy.
