Yho! It was touch and go there for a while. We thought e.tv was turning off Durban Gen's life support earlier than expected, but no, it turns out it's going on a break over the festive before the countdown to the end.
e.tv tells us that it's going off-air from Friday 16 December and returns on Monday 9 January 2023 for a final three months or so.
When the news about
its cancellation was first announced it was going to end in January so it's managed to keep its heartbeat going for longer than anticipated.
Local reality show Men Don't Cry will air in its timeslot from Monday 19 December.
