Boer Soek 'n Vrou returns for a 13th season with new presenter Marciel Hopkins later this year, but tonight sees her host the "Farmers Reveal" special on kykNET.
Marciel, a model who was a 2016 Miss South Africa finalist, replaces entertainer Leah as the host of the show.
The series is an international reality format following the fortunes of 10 unmarried farmers participating in the show's campaign to find a partner for everyone.
The 10 farmers are introduced in the special tonight; and as the season gets underway the entire process is laid out and the audience will be invited to participate on the show's website.
The show once again travelled across the country to find 10 free-spirited, lovelorn farmers, and to find out what it is they are looking for in a partner.

The three adventurers finally arrive at the Gulf of the Saint Lawrence with their pack of semi-wild dogs only to find themselves ice-bound for the winter.
Once their ship departs they must defy German submarines and face terrible storms to cross the Atlantic and reach France.
