The event for the bursary recipients kicks off, but all is not as prestigious as it appears. Both Claudia and Vernon are at a crossroads regarding their future.

Hazel and Gertie are working each other up over Johnny's behaviour. Luke and Debra make a decision. Lee-Roy encourages Wesley. Wendy visits Mtshali. Beatrice receives shocking news.

Episode 4
Beatrice and Hamilton state their case before Mtshali and her board. Gertie informs Johnny that she won’t be the victim of emotional blackmail. Wendy assures Mtshali that she hasn't seen the last of her yet.

Daniel is thrown out on the street and has to find a way to survive. Wendy announces her next step in bringing Beatrice down. Gertie asks for Claudia’s help to set things straight.

Arendsvlei prepares to take in four new learners. Daniel has to get used to his new circumstances. Wendy and Kim enjoys a catch-up session and Wendy get information. Beatrice and Mtshali gets along well. Gertie and Johnny has a coming out dinner.

Beatrice and Hamilton face a big decision, all thanks to Wendy’s interference. A new learner report to Arendsvlei. Lee-Roy and Claudia takes interest in helping him.

Daniel almost gets caught out by Hein late at night at the school and has to find another place to sleep. Beatrice is getting increasingly anxious about her and Hamilton’s secret relationship and wants to tell Mtshali, but Hamilton is kicking against the idea.

Episode 9
Hamilton and Beatrice face an impossible choice. Daniel struggles to survive in his new life on the streets. Gertie hears of Johnny and Tilla’s past, and is unimpressed.

The matric class of 2019’s last day at school is full of emotions, surprises and uncomfortable situations. Wesley accepts the consequences of his actions. Beatrice makes peace with a possible future alone and Daniel finds a place to stay.

It’s Thys’s birthday and it seems like everyone forgot about it, or did they? Valdonia once again falls for Waanie and Thys and Ronel takes their relationship to the next level.

Daniel finds a way to take care of himself. Wesley unpacks with Vernon about how Curtley has monopolized Lee-Roy. Ridwaan puts his best foot forward, but Valdonia is unsure if Ridwaan is truly a new man. Beatrice reveals herself when Wendy teases her.

The Bastiaans get ready for Stacey's christening, but Hazel is in for a shock. Chantel is deeply worried about her father, and Valdonia is not impressed with him. Beatrice wonders if she and Hamilton made the right decision.
