Hectic on 3 is a South African daily variety show created as a spinoff from Hectic Nine-9 which is aimed at tweens and offers young viewers aged 8-12 years old a half hour of live television filled with a variety of different content.

Each episode explores three themes: Play, Create and Inspire. From DIYs to Demo's, Pranks and Skits, young viewers are offered an interactive experience to entertain and teach them about the world around them.

Each episode addresses issues that affect tween audiences, as they navigate the changes from childhood to teenage years and discover who they want to be as their independence grows.

The series is hosted by Boitumelo "Melo" Moloto, who - with a host of over-the-top characters - forms part of the Hectic on 3 "Squad", which all tweens are invited to be part of.

Hectic on 3 is exactly the same as Fun-atix!! Totally directionless and appallingly executed. So directionless that the presenters were asking viewers what they want to see on the show within three minutes of it starting!
