Yvonne is unnerved to realise she may face obstacles from someone she has never met, and Layla is terrified when she receives a suspicious parcel. Maletsatsi is very nervous when she is summoned to a meeting. Scelo decides to bend the truth in order to keep up appearances.

Quinton is horrified when a mirror is held up to him, and Grace is terrified by an awful encounter that comes with a warning. Ndumiso is forced to take drastic action, and things take a turn for the worst. Scelo turns down an offer, not realising that he is hurting someone.

Mangi finds that it is harder to escape the past than he thought it would be. Ndumiso finally gets what he wants, but is simultaneously side-tracked. Stokkies makes an approach without being aware of the effect it will have.
