A shoutout to all of you who've been asking similar questions about how to get onto Deal or No Deal... it isn't possible to be on the show unfortunately.
The series you've been seeing on TV was filmed seven years ago when it first aired on M-Net so there's no way to get on the show now.
All of the intercative aspects of the show aren't applicable more.
So many of you have been asking about it that they should do a new season. We'll definitely keep you posted if it ever happens.

Real Deal Debonairs competition that's currently running on e.tv.
